Choosing the right ramp that will meet your needs is a very important when purchasing a ramp. Ramps can range from portable to Modular ramps. We carry the following types of ramps: threshold, track hitchhiker, pathway, trifold, suitcase ramps. Before you purchase a portable ramp please consider these 4 factors Rise: rise measures the starting point to the desired height vertically. The height of the pavement/threshold is very important. Width & Length: make sure the width of the ramp you will be purchasing is adequate when compared the width of your doorway or the total with of the power wheelchair or scooter you currently own. Weight: most ramps can accommodate between 600 and 800lbs. To determine the appropriate weight of ramp to order, you must consider the total weight of the scooter or power chair and the user’s weight. So if you weight 150lbs and your wheelchair/scooter weighs 120lbs, the total weight would be 270lbs. Therefore, a 600lb capacity ramp would be ok.

Can I return my wheelchair & scooter ramp?
Yes, mobilitywheels wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your scooter or wheelchair ramp simply call us to get a return authorization. All returns must be within 30 days of purchase and items must be in unused condition and in original packaging.

What if my wheelchair and electric scooter ramp arrives damaged?
All items (could be a component or whole equipment) that arrive damaged will be repaired or replaced at no cost to you. However, you must contact us within 2 days of receipt of the item to report any damages.
